Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for managing and growing paint sales within the assigned region. The role includes leading the sales team, developing dealer networks, achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Have Strong Knowledge of make sales polices, set targets.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the region.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
· Ensure strong market coverage in assigned territories.
· Lead, supervise, and motivate Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers.
· Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
· Provide coaching, training, and field support to the team.
· Set clear KPIs and monitor team productivity.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
· Expand the dealer network and open new accounts.
· Resolve distributor issues related to supply, pricing, and credit.
· Ensure timely recovery of receivables.
· Identify new business opportunities and projects.
· Promote brand visibility and market share growth.
· Coordinate with marketing for promotional campaigns.
· Monitor demand trends and customer feedback.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
· Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments.
· Ensure smooth product availability in the region.
