Regional Sales Manager - HoReCa

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Regional Sales Manager - Central, who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and key account development within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) segment across Central Region. The role requires strong regional ownership, distributor management capability, and deep HoReCa market expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets in the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) segment of central region.
  • Translate annual business plans into actionable regional sales initiatives focusing on HoReCa accounts.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with an established distribution network to deliver consistent results.
  • Strengthen and expand relationships with key HoReCa accounts, distributors, and industry stakeholders in the central region.
  • Conduct market forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and pricing strategy inputs specific to the HoReCa market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution for HoReCa operations.

Experience: At least 6–8 years of relevant experience within the HoReCa industry, with proven expertise managing sales and distribution in central region.

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Master’s will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and sales planning for the HoReCa segment.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with key customers and accounts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regional distribution networks.
  • Ability to derive business insights from market trends within central region.
  • Team leadership and people development for managing regional sales and distribution teams.
