Regional Sales Manager (R.S.M)

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations.

Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Karachi,Sindh, Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.
• Manage and expand business in Modern Trade channels with strong relationships in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure proper execution of trade marketing & promotional activities in the assigned region.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduation (MBA preferred).
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in Modern Trade Sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per month
