Regional Sales Manager UAE

Main Objective

To identify, analyze, market and sell H56 solutions to clients based on Horizon56’s software portfolio in the Middle East Region.


Responsibility and Authority

Generate revenue for allocated accounts within budgeted profitability margins.

Account Management.

Acting on service quality (performance) for allocated accounts by ensuring close contact with the deployment and support department in Horizon56.

Drive and support sales opportunities.

Market and demonstrate Horizon56 Ecosystem towards targeted clients having a detailed understanding of what creates value for the client.


Detailed description of work tasks

-Define and align value proposition internally and externally

-Guide clients in establishing a business case for investing in H56 solutions

-Demonstrate the H56 Ecosystem for clients

-Sales and marketing strategy

  • SWOT analysis and benchmark towards competitors
  • Sales budgeting and planning

-Account Management

  • All the strategic elements of account planning
  • Sales meetings and presentation of the H56 value proposition
  • Communication with existing and new customers
  • Growing the account by working directly with relevant stakeholders within the account and cooperating with Horizon56 teams that are directly or indirectly involved with the account.
  • Ensure the right account focus in all important regions by interacting on a regular basis with the local teams
  • Manages, by inspiring ambition on behalf of the account, as well as mentoring, coaching and coordinating the Horizon56 teams towards the account.
  • Focus on maintaining and developing the account relationship across the account. Responsible for managing the relationship across the entire business lifecycle.
  • Expanding the solution portfolio within the account by interaction with and supporting the global deployment and support organization to ensure the accounts current and future needs are being taken into consideration in product development, deployment and delivery

-Account documentation in CRM with revenue forecasts and cost of sales

-Forecast sales revenue for all accounts over the next 12 months with estimates for revenue, probability for materializing and timing for start of delivery

-Collaborating with the Product team for promotional marketing initiatives

-Arrange Product Councils with clients in cooperation with Product department

Market communication

  • Publish relevant content on social media and the Horizon56 website
  • Prepare and attend exhibitions, SPE, IADC, or other relevant forums


Qualifications

  • Ability to develop professional relationship with decision makers in relevant industries, like the oil and gas industry, promoting the value proposition of Horizon56 software solutions
  • A broad set of leadership competencies that includes strong communication and change management skills, ability to drive business insights, ability to collaborate cross functionally, and effective planning and execution skills
  • 5-10 years’ experience as a drilling engineer with sales skills from the oil and gas industry
  • Proficient in English and preferable in Arabic
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
