Regional Sales Manager - Western Region:

Regional Sales Manager for Hydraulic Cylinders in Western India to drives sales, build customer relationships, and develops strategies to meet sales targets and market share objectives for hydraulic cylinder products within the region your Key responsibilities include market analysis, competitor tracking, reporting, developing new business and potentially providing application engineering support.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales strategies, business development plans, and go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.

Business Development:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand market penetration, and generate leads within the western region.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and report on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to management.

Customer Management:

Nurture and develop relationships with both existing and new customers and partners.

Technical Support:

Need to provide application engineering and technical support to customers for hydraulic cylinder products.

Financial Management:

Assist in developing sales budgets and manage payment collection and the sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences, with an MBA or PGDBA in Marketing being a preference.

Experience:

10 to 12 years of Proven track record in strong salesmanship, ideally with experience in industrial equipment or hydraulics.

Sales & Leadership Skills:

Ability to develop and execute sales plans and manage key accounts.

Technical Acumen:

Understanding of hydraulic cylinders, their types, construction, different types of seals used based on applications and cylinder designs is very essential for providing technical support.

Market Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of the western Indian market, including key industries, customers, and competitors.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Travel:

Willingness to travel extensively within the defined western region.

Emolument: CTC of 18 to 24 Lacks Per Annum.

Place of Work: Mumbai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
