Position Summary
:
This position is responsible for generating outside sales growth and maintaining customer relationships in cabinetry and countertop sales. This position emphasizes strengthening the company’s regional presence with a primary focus on Mid-Level Multi Family Projects. The Regional Sales Representative will leverage the company’s turnkey installation capabilities to support customer needs and drive growth across the assigned territory.
Primary Responsibilities
:

Present, promote, and sell products to regional Multi Family GC’s, Owners and other prospective customers.

Identify and secure new builder accounts while leveraging company competitive advantages and installation services.

Establish, develop, and maintain long-term customer relationships to support sustained regional growth.

Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes within established timeframes.

Conduct scheduled and cold-call prospecting activities to generate appointments with decision makers.

Coordinate sales efforts with internal team members and supporting departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.

Evaluate accounts regularly to determine revenue, profitability, and growth opportunities.

Represent the company at regional and national trade shows to enhance visibility and expand market reach.

Provide timely communication with customers regarding products, pricing, and installation services.

Maintain productivity and quality standards in alignment with business needs and customer expectations.

Protect confidentiality of company and client information.

Attend required company meetings, training sessions, and conferences.

Travel within the assigned regional territory to meet customers, perform site visits, and provide project support.
Required Education & Skills
:

Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in cabinetry, countertops, or related building products.

Highly motivated and target driven.
-
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

CRM experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
