What You’ll Do

• Drive new business across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota & Iowa (Focus on Minneapolis St. Paul Metro).
• Sell InstyMeds’ automated pharmaceutical dispensers to hospitals, urgent care centers, and clinics.
• Prospect, cold call, and visit healthcare facilities to build relationships and close deals.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation through demo, proposal, and close.
• Work directly with the VP of Sales and receive full support from our experienced team.
• Travel regionally (mileage reimbursed).

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (medical, logistics, office equipment, or similar).
• Proven hunter mentality — confident cold caller and relationship builder.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient.
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles (6–7 months typical).
• Professional and personable — able to connect with both clinic staff and executives.
• Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical device sales.
• Familiarity with Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan healthcare markets.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000–$80,000 + uncapped commission
