Position Summary
We are seeking driven, passionate, and results-oriented Sales Representatives (RSR) to join our growing commercial team. These individuals will play a key role in driving adoption of Femasys’ innovative portfolio, including FemaSeed® for fertility treatment, FemVue® for tubal patency assessment, and FemCerv® for cervical cancer screening.
The ideal candidates have strong experience in medical device or women’s health sales, are comfortable educating OB/GYNs and reproductive endocrinologists, and thrivesin a fast-paced startup environment.
Regions:
  • East Region RSR: South Carolina, North Carolina and Virgina/W
  • Mid Central Region RSR: Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin
  • California RSR: Southern California
  • Southwest Region RSR: Utah, Arizona and Nevada
  • Midwest Region RSR: Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota and Colorado
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Educate and engage healthcare providers (OB/GYNs, REIs, APPs, etc.) on the value and application of Femasys products
  • Conduct in-service trainings and product demonstrations
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers
  • Represent Femasys at regional and national conferences, trade shows, and training events
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to healthcare professionals during patient procedures, including assistance with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and clinical teams, to develop customized educational materials and support programs tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for healthcare professionals, providing clinical expertise, technical assistance, and best practices to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Plan and execute regular visits to key accounts, including IVF clinics, OBGYN practices, and hospitals, to build and maintain relationships, gather feedback, and address any concerns or challenges.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales activity, customer engagement, and product utilization, to evaluate the effectiveness of support efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (science, healthcare, business, or related field preferred) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer background preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or women’s health
  • Strong knowledge of OB/GYN and/or fertility markets is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong territory management capabilities
  • Ability to travel up to 50–70% depending on territory
