Position Summary

The Regional Vice President of Operations (RVP) is a key member of the AllerVie Health leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and patient care quality across the assigned region (Texas, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida). This individual will lead multi-site operations with full P&L accountability and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and employee engagement. The RVP must be a dynamic, results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven, growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the regional team to deliver exceptional patient care, financial performance, and a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across assigned clinics, implementing a data-driven performance culture based on key metrics and transparency.
  • Partner with corporate leadership (CEO, CFO, Chief Experience Officer, etc.) to establish and execute strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and retain high-performing clinic and operational leaders; continuously develop the next generation of talent.
  • Champion AllerVie’s #ONEAllerVie mindset, building engagement, pride, and alignment with company values and goals.
  • Standardize operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency across all practices.
  • Drive growth, operational efficiency, and compliance across the region, ensuring the highest levels of patient satisfaction and clinical care.
  • Travel frequently (approximately 75%) within the region to provide leadership presence, alignment, and support.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of healthcare leadership experience, including 3–5 years in general management with full P&L responsibility.
  • Proven track record of success in a multi-site, physician-centric healthcare services organization.
  • Experience in private equity-backed or growth-stage healthcare companies preferred.
  • Strong operational, financial management, and physician relations experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to operational execution and KPI management.
  • Experience leading through change and integrating newly acquired practices preferred.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology and data (including AI applications) to drive performance.
