Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for nurses
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and continuing education sessions
• Assess staff competencies and identify learning needs
• Mentor new nurses and support onboarding processes
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to improve care standards
• Stay updated on nursing trends and integrate them into curriculum
