1. Patient Care & Coordination

• Conduct pre-treatment counseling and assist patients through IVF procedures.
• Take patient history, vital signs, and assist in diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Coordinate patient appointments, investigations, and follow-ups.
• Provide emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments.

2. Procedure Assistance

• Assist doctors during ovum pick-up (OPU), embryo transfer (ET), IUI, and other fertility-related procedures.
• Prepare operation theatre and equipment for procedures.
• Maintain sterile techniques and ensure infection control standards.

3. Medication & Injections

• Administer hormone injections as per treatment protocol (e.g., Gonadotropins, HCG, Progesterone).
• Maintain records of drugs administered and stock of consumables.
• Educate patients on self-injection techniques when required.

4. Documentation & Record Maintenance

• Maintain accurate nursing and patient records.
• Update case sheets, consent forms, and procedure notes.
• Ensure compliance with NABH or clinic’s quality standards.

5. Coordination with Team

• Communicate effectively with doctors, embryologists, and counsellors.
• Support OT and laboratory teams during IVF cycles.
• Report promptly any complications or patient concerns to senior staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
