Energy Masters is a leading HERS Testing company providing services to HVAC contractors, builders, and homeowners throughout Southern California. We specialize in HERS Testing, Permit Services, Air Balancing, and Title 24 Verifications. We're growing and looking for a motivated and detail-oriented registry admin to join our team!

$500 Bonus after 3 months of employment

$250 additional bonus when you come with experience

Job Overview:

We are seeking a registry admin to work in the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting jobs inspected on the state registry CHEERS, following up with homeowners and contractors, and ensuring that all required documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process HERS and Title 24 reports
• Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding paperwork status and progress
• Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with local regulations
• Maintain accurate records of submittals
• Handle phone and email correspondence in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in HERS and/or Title 24 processing preferred
• 2+ years of office experience
• A Computer, printer, and Smartphone
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and basic office software

Pay:

• $22-28 per Hour
