Role Overview:
Orbit ISS is URGENTLY looking for a Regulatory Compliance Engineer (HVDC) to lead CE marking, EU regulatory compliance, ATEX/PED/MED certification, and DGUV V3 alignment for HVAC and E&I systems. This role includes full oversight of certification activities, vendor compliance validation, and management of technical documentation for offshore HVDC systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with EU directives (Machinery, LVD, ATEX, PED, MED, CPR).

Validate vendor equipment certifications and documentation.

Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and certification bodies.

Lead risk assessments and prepare Declarations of Conformity (DoC).

Maintain compliance matrices, technical files, and traceability documents.

Oversee DGUV V3 and ATEX requirements for E&I.

Support HVAC self-certification and MC/ITR handover.

Track certification status and identify compliance gaps.

Provide training on CE marking and regulatory requirements.

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years in CE marking, certification, or regulatory compliance (offshore/renewables/HVDC preferred).

Strong knowledge of EU safety legislation (ATEX, PED, MED, CPR, DGUV V3).

Experience with DoC/CoC validation & technical file preparation.

Familiarity with ISO standards and risk assessments.

Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
