Relationship Executive

Job Summary:
Waada Digital is looking for a Relationship Executive to develop and nurture long-term client relationships. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, addressing client needs, and driving business growth through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with efficiency and empathy.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen retention.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage client priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
