About the Role
XRay Payment is hiring a full-time, in-office Relationship Management & Deployment Specialist to support both our sales operations and technical onboarding teams.
This is a cross-functional role where you’ll work across:
- Client onboarding & account management
- Sales support & operations
- Technical support & POS deployment

Key Responsibilities Relationship Management / Sales Support
- Manage new account activation and client onboarding
- Process merchant applications and approvals
- Follow up on pending applications and missing documentation
- Act as liaison between sales reps, partners, and internal teams
- Support sales team in achieving KPIs, quotas, and revenue goals
- Assist with CRM updates, pipeline management, and administrative tasks
- Help improve deal flow, processing speed, and client retention
Technical Support & Deployment
- Provide technical support for POS systems, payment terminals, and gateways
- Assist merchants with setup, installation, and activation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Guide clients through remote onboarding and system walkthroughs
- Configure and test payment devices prior to deployment
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and ticketing systems
- Support inventory, shipping, and deployment logistics
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in at least one area:
- Sales support / customer service / account management
- Technical support / IT help desk / POS systems
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while supporting a team
Preferred Experience
- Experience in payment processing, merchant services, or POS systems
- Familiarity with Clover, Ingenico, Verifone, or similar hardware
- Background in B2B sales support, onboarding, or customer success
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.)
- Basic networking knowledge (WiFi setup, IP configuration, routers)
- Experience working in merchant services or ISO environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $52,000 – $62,000 (based on experience)
- Full-time, in-office position (Scottsdale, AZ)
