Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Relationship Manager with a proven track record in the Dubai real estate developer sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of investors, clients, and agency partners, with hands-on experience in promoting and selling off-plan and ready projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with direct investors, end-users, and channel partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on investment opportunities and developer projects.
  • Drive sales of off-plan and ready properties by presenting project value propositions effectively.
  • Generate new business through networking, client referrals, and collaborations with real estate agencies.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase project offerings.
  • Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate market trends, developer launches, and competitor activities to provide clients with the latest insights.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions and excellent client experience.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth.
  • Manage post-sales client relationships to ensure retention and repeat investments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate developer sales (off-plan or ready projects).
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and investment landscape.
  • Proven sales track record in achieving or exceeding developer sales targets.
  • Established client and investor network in the UAE real estate market.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 + attractive incentives & commission
