Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
• Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
• Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to meet targets
• Stay up-to-date on Dubai’s property trends, legal regulations, and market conditions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate or a client-facing sales role (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and confident presentation
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
