Relationship Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our design and construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding project requirements, coordinating between clients and internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Understand client needs, design expectations, and project objectives to ensure smooth communication with design and construction teams.
• Coordinate meetings between clients, design, and project management teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and progress reports to clients.
• Manage client inquiries, feedback, and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Assist in business development activities including lead generation, networking, and client outreach.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to clients on timelines, milestones, and budgets.
• Ensure all client communications and transactions are documented and handled professionally.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support brand visibility and customer engagement initiatives.
