Job Overview:
The Exclusive Sales Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and managing strong partnerships with brokerages, supporting clients throughout their property journey, and ensuring the success of exclusive projects. The role requires excellent relationship-building skills, deep market knowledge, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
What you’ll do:

Contacting and signing up brokerages as a potential partner

Communicating the project’s USP’s to customers and brokers

Organizing broker events and providing training and knowledge to the teams.

Managing the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience
-
Support brokers in closing deals
-
Achieve sales revenue targets as per business plan.

Sign up with new brokerages.
-
Conducting market research to build awareness and knowledge of the property market and key competitors.

Creating a pool of committed and profitable networks of local and international brokers to increase the company’s sales volume.

Acquire new clients and manage existing clients.

Prepare and maintain client data and documentation.
-
Assist buyers in making informed decisions.

Resolve customer queries timely and effectively.

Other administration and service-related tasks as required.

To conduct briefing with sub-agencies about exclusive projects.
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in
real estate sales, brokerage partnerships, or relationship management
.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and international property trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers and clients.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
