The Role
Position Title: Relationship Manager (8 vacancies) Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 13K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission Benefits: Visa and medical for one dependent and yearly ticket for self Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A premier real estate developer specializing in integrated property development, facilities management, and investment solutions across the Northern Emirates and Dubai. Job Description: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokerage partners. • Promote and sell company projects to end-users and institutional investors. • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach through meetings, presentations, and property tours. • Achieve sales targets while coordinating with internal teams and supporting broker performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role within the real estate development industry • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages will be an added advantage • Must have valid UAE Driving License • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
