Relationship Manager – Real Estate (Off-Plan Specialist in UAE)
Location: Dubai
Experience Required: Minimum 3 – 5 years in UAE Real Estate (Off-Plan Mandatory)**

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in off-plan property sales and established connections with brokers and developers in Dubai. You will be responsible for building, managing, and nurturing strategic relationships to drive business growth and maximize off-plan sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners, and developers (with focus on off-plan projects).
• Promote and represent the company’s off-plan portfolio to brokers and external partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its broker/developer network.
• Drive lead generation and support sales conversion through broker and developer relationships.
• Conduct project presentations, launches, and events.
• Stay updated on new off-plan launches, payment plans, and developer incentives.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth avenues.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in UAE real estate.
• Strong experience in off-plan sales (Mandatory).
• Existing network with Dubai brokers and developers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with strong market knowledge.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
