Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Karachi (On-site, Full-time)
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales in line with the company’s strategy and objectives.
- Acquire new clients (HNWIs, retail, and corporate) through proactive outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships by understanding their financial goals and recommending suitable investment solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings to review portfolios, identify new opportunities, and enhance wallet share.
- Provide guidance on mutual funds, fixed income instruments, and other investment avenues aligned with clients’ risk appetite and return expectations.
- Prepare and present customized investment proposals and portfolio recommendations.
- Ensure all account opening and client onboarding processes are completed in compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements, with complete and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate closely with operations and back-office teams to ensure efficient transaction processing and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records, client data, and timely reporting to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales/ relationship management
- Knowledge of sales, client onboarding and investment sector.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks efficiently

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
