Relationship Manager - B2B Client Management

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with corporate clients, offering tailored solutions in VAT, Tax, Audit, Payroll, and ESG services .


🔹 What You’ll Do:

  • Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions in VAT, Tax, Payroll, Audit, and ESG services
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to offer strategic insights and value-added services
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and identify upsell opportunities
  • Support business growth by nurturing existing relationships and developing new ones through referrals and networks


🔹 What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B relationship management or consultative sales , preferably in professional or consulting services
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with a solution-driven approach
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in maintaining client relationships
  • Prior experience or understanding of VAT, Tax, Payroll, Audit, or ESG services is a strong advantage
