Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage potential food franchise partners.
- Present and explain franchise opportunities, including business model, investment details, and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations and target markets.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close franchise sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support franchisee onboarding and training.
- Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise sales (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective partners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally as required.
