*Key Responsibilities:*

- Meet potential POSP agents and service existing ones to drive sales growth

- Handle customer inquiries with speedy and satisfactory resolution

- Coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for smooth sales execution

- Create offline training and servicing processes for POSP

- Achieve monthly sales targets

- Manage relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the customer base

*Requirements:*

- Graduation degree in any stream with strong communication skills

- Insurance background with hands-on experience in agency vertical (General Insurance Company or Insurance Brokerage Firm)

- Awareness of Motor & General Insurance with a zeal to excel in sales

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language (preferable)

- Highly motivated individual with ownership and drive

*Locations:*

Multiple locations across Maharashtra, including Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Solapur, Jalgaon, Baramati, Satara, Kolhapur, and Amravati.

*Eligibility:*

- Age limit: up to 32 years

- Salary: up to ₹3.5 LPA
