Relationship Manager Sales

The Lake City Lahore, a premier name in real estate and community development, is looking for a Relationship Manager Sales to join our Accounts & Finance team in Lahore (females are encourage to apply).

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing excellent service.

Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned customer base. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales leads. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to customers.

Sales Process: Support the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust sales tactics and approaches.

Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends. Provide insights and recommendations to the Manager Sales and GM Sales.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation of sales transactions.

Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience in customer relationship & sales management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills & must be presentable.

Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. Ability to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively with customers.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Familiarity with sales automation tools is a plus.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve business objectives.

Integrity: High ethical standards and commitment to transparency and fairness in all dealings.

Responsibility: Responsible and reliable with a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Initiative: Proactive in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

Certification: Professional certification in sales or marketing (e.g., CPSP, CSM) is preferred but not required.

Working Days: 6 days a week with 8 hours shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
