Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire SME and corporate borrowers across various financing products, including Business Loans, POS Merchant Loans, Loan Against Property, Equipment Loans, Working Capital, and Trade Finance. Pitch Yubi s value proposition and successfully onboard clients onto the Yubi Loans platform.

Business Development: Conduct proactive business development activities, including outreach, prospecting, and lead generation, to build a robust pipeline of SME and corporate clients.

Client Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, CFOs, Treasury teams) of target clients. Foster ongoing engagement throughout the sales process to ensure successful onboarding.

Needs Assessment & Pitching: Understand clients' debt requirements and tailor Yubi s products and solutions to address their specific financing needs.

Transaction Handover: Ensure smooth handover of onboarded clients to the internal transaction execution team for deal closure and post-onboarding support.

Account Management: Monitor the progress of onboarded clients and ensure they remain active on the platform by tracking transaction statuses and fulfilling financing requirements.

Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from clients to enhance the onboarding process continuously and share insights with the product and technology teams to improve the customer experience.
