Job Summary:
A Relationship Manager in Transaction Banking primarily manages client relationships and offers tailored solutions for transaction banking needs.
Responsibilities:

Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients for transaction banking solutions including
cash management, collections, payments, and trade finance
.

Drive new business opportunities and onboard
new-to-bank clients
.

Ensure high-quality client servicing and act as a trusted advisor for banking solutions.

Collaborate with internal product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless services.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and international best practices.

Prepare MIS, call reports, and client reviews within defined timelines.

Identify opportunities to
cross-sell digital and transactional banking products

Required Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s in Marketing or related fields. Master's degree will be preferred

Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in Transaction Banking / Cash Management / Trade Finance.

Strong knowledge of Transaction Banking products (Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Collections & Payments).

Excellent client relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored banking solutions.
