We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage and grow key corporate accounts in the travel sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate travel needs, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in B2B relationship management.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and business meetings with clients to assess performance and identify opportunities.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for travel services, technology solutions, and ancillary products.
  • Develop customized travel solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and travel consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor service performance and proactively resolve client issues or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies and SLAs.
  • Analyze client travel patterns, spend behavior, and savings opportunities.
  • Provide detailed MIS reports, travel spend analysis, and recommendations.
  • Use data insights to drive client engagement and continuous improvement.
