  • Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing professional and personalized support throughout their property investment journey.
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities offered by Majid Developments.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, project details, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and referrals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies for international markets.
  • Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.
  • Stay informed on UAE real estate market trends, legal updates, and competitor activities to provide accurate advice to clients.
  • Prepare periodic reports on client interactions, sales progress, and market insights.
