Role Overview:
The organization is seeking a dynamic and sales-driven Relationship Officer to build, manage, and enhance customer relationships while driving revenue growth. The role integrates sales excellence, proactive client engagement, and exceptional customer service, including handling inbound and outbound communications with clients and prospects for an education industry (training) organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads, present offerings, and close sales
- Follow up consistently on leads, inquiries, and prospects to maximize conversion rates
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote products/services effectively to maximize revenue generation
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for both existing and potential clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver a premium customer experience through professional, timely, and courteous communication
- Respond to customer queries via calls, messages, and emails efficiently
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions
Account Management & Coordination
- Manage client accounts and maintain regular engagement through calls and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics
Candidate Profile
- Female candidate aged between 20–30 years
- Proven experience in sales, tele-calling, customer service, or relationship management preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, especially over phone interactions
- Confident in handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Well-presented, confident, and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
