Job Description

QNB Group is seeking a customer-focused Relationship Officer to manage client relationships and support retail banking services. In this role, you will provide financial advice, promote banking products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with retail banking clients
• Provide financial advice and recommend banking products
• Assist with account management and transactions
• Identify cross-selling opportunities
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in banking or customer relationship roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of banking products and services

Work Hours

• Sunday – Thursday: typically 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Compensation & Hourly Pay (Qatar)

Estimated Monthly Salary: QAR 8,000 – QAR 13,000
Estimated Hourly Pay: QAR 45 – QAR 75/hour
