Position: Relationship officer – Operations Department
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding work execution and ensure operational tasks are completed within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Provide regular updates to clients and maintain proactive communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through open and interactive communication.
- Deliver accurate, valid, and complete information to clients using appropriate methods and tools.
- Coordinate with Freezone authorities and internal departments to ensure smooth work execution.
- Manage and handle 60–70 client orders/jobs simultaneously.
- Address and resolve client complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and timely follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and process updates in CRM systems.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies diligently.
- Take extra initiative to engage clients and enhance the customer service experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of total work experience, including at least 1 year of customer service experience in the UAE.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to various types of clients.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Preferred: Female candidates who are graduates (B.Com preferred) with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates residing in Dubai will be given preference.
