Relationship Officer - Arabc

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer – Real Estate Sales (Arabic National) to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, promote real estate projects, and achieve sales targets in line with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable real estate solutions
• Follow up with leads and successfully close sales deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
• Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
• Attend property exhibitions, site visits, and client meetings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Arabic National preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or relationship management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; English proficiency is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Valid driving license is preferred
