Relationship Officer (Bank process)

We are seeking dynamic and goal-oriented Relationship Officers to join our Mashreq Bank Credit Card Sales Team. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and possess strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Mashreq Bank Credit Cards to potential customers through outdoor and indoor sales activities.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively pitch and close deals.
• Ensure all applications and documents are accurately completed and submitted.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Adhere to all bank and compliance policies during the sales process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (compulsory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in credit card or banking sales (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
