At TRUE BLUE, we are redefining what it means to serve customers in the financial sector. This is a full-time position within our Sales Department located on-site in Dubai.


As a Relationship officer you will play a pivotal role in creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and generating leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. The candidate will be reporting to the MD & Sales Manager


Your responsibilities would be required


  • To promote the sales of business loans in the allocated markets.
  • To meet & exceed Sales targets agreed with the Sales Manager.
  • To provide MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.
  • To conduct promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-ups.
  • To Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets


What We're Looking For in terms of:

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or related field

· Proactive individual with excellent communication, Presentation & Inter-personal skills with relationship building mindset

· Proven sales experience & ability to meet targets

· Ability to work independently and as a part of team

· Ethical standards and integrity


Experince:

1 to 2 years of experience is Preferred in selling banking products or in a financial industry, while Fresher can also apply

Specialist Skills required for the Job:

•Customer focus

•Strong Sales skills

•High motivation and leadership qualities

•Ability to develop strong personal relationships within the organizations in the target market
