Relay testing Engineer

• Perform testing and commissioning of protection relays (distance, differential, overcurrent, etc.)
• Conduct secondary injection and primary injection testing
• Verify protection schemes for transformers, feeders, transmission lines, and busbars
• Troubleshoot and rectify issues in protection and control circuits
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and protection logic diagrams
• Perform relay configuration and parameter setting
• Coordinate with commissioning teams, clients, and consultants
• Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE)
• Prepare test reports, commissioning reports, and documentation
• Carry out routine maintenance and calibration of relays
• Support fault analysis and system disturbance investigations
