Reliability Engineer

• Qualification:

o Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering

• Experience:

o 4-5 years in maintenance planning, reliability, or asset management within a manufacturing/FMCG environment

• Skills:

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

o Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)

o Knowledge of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Predictive Maintenance Techniques

o Familiarity with CMMS / SAP PM Module and data-driven maintenance planning

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills

o Ability to handle critical equipment failures and ensure quick resolution

o Understanding of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles

• Develop and implement reliability strategies to improve equipment uptime and reduce maintenance costs
• Conduct failure analysis and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor and report key reliability KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE)
• Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure asset integrity
• Manage spare parts strategy and critical equipment risk assessments
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and food safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, ISO 22000)
