Remote Attorney - Commercial Real Estate Practice

Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law relevant to commercial real estate transactions. Busy solo practitioner needs assistance in the review of commercial legal documents prepared by paralegals, and the review of title abstracts and preparation of title commitments in concert with title underwriters. The role is intended to be fully remote with the firm’s owner transmitting documents via email with the expectation that they would be proofread, corrected and returned within 24 hours. This is intended to be an independent contractor relationship.

Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed Massachusetts attorney
• 10+ years of commercial closing experience

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
