About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Executive to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in speaking with international clients, has a persuasive communication style, and is comfortable working in a target-driven environment. As a Cold Calling Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients (primarily international markets)
• Introduce company services in a clear, professional, and engaging manner
• Identify customer needs and generate qualified leads
• Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
• Handle objections confidently and professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
• Excellent verbal communication and strong convincing skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory for international calling)
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Strong work ethic and ability to meet targets independently
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems or call tracking tools is a plus
