Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday-Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off)
Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 8 AM - 9 PM IST

Role Overview
We are hiring Female Customer Care Agents who enjoy talking to people, are patient, and can handle customer queries with confidence. You will assist customers across different online channels and ensure they receive clear and helpful responses.

What You Will Do

  • Respond to customer messages across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls for order updates, simple queries, or follow-ups.
  • Respond to comments and chat messages in a polite, timely, and professional manner.
  • Accurately record customer information and conversation details in the CRM.
  • Work with internal teams and delivery partners to close customer issues faster.
  • Manage large volumes of customer interactions every day while staying accurate and calm.

Who Can Apply

  • Female candidates only with at least 3 months of experience in any customer support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Able to remain calm during challenging interactions and handle customers with empathy.
  • Should have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Must have a personal laptop and reliable WI-FI internet connection.
  • Comfortable to work rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
