Remote Customer Enrollment Representative (Entry Level)

Overview

We’re working with a client looking for a Remote Customer Enrollment Representative who can guide customers as they begin their benefits program review. You’ll follow clear talking points, connect with people who already requested information, and enjoy a flexible full-time setup.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers starting the review process
• Offer introductory explanations of available benefits programs
• Keep customer progress organized and updated
• Walk customers through early onboarding steps
• Share notes and updates with the team

Qualifications

• Strong, friendly communicator
• Organized and adaptable
• Comfortable helping customers with step-by-step guidance
• Open to training and coaching
