(Remote) EDI Support Specialist - CasualtyPRIMARY PURPOSE : To identify, research, resolve, and respond to complex technical EDI issues or questions received from internal and external customers; escalates issues to the appropriate parties; provides status and follow up information to internal or external customers; and assists real-time in the resolution of support issues to decrease penalty exposure.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in a computer technology field preferred.
Experience
Five (5) years of related experience to include two (2) years of workers' compensation or claims related experience and three (3) years of EDI technical experience including interpretation of IAIABC implementation tables or equivalent combination of education and experience required. JURIS or claims management application experience preferred.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is ( 42,310.00 - 55,000.00) .
