Job Title: Remote Healthcare Coordinator (India-based)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient cases remotely from India, ensuring smooth communication between patients, hospitals, and insurance/TPA partners.
  • Support clients through the treatment life cycle — from initial inquiry to discharge.
  • Handle documentation, medical report collection, and case management with accuracy.
  • Liaise with hospitals/doctors in India and abroad for treatment plans and cost estimates.
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp in a professional manner.
  • Assist in insurance and reimbursement-related processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in healthcare/medical/nursing/allied fields (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, insurance/TPA, or medical tourism.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both mandatory).
  • Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and online coordination tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases remotely.
  • Based in India, with reliable internet and laptop/PC.
