About the Role:
We are a fast-growing company looking to hire multiple HR Recruiters who can work remotely and help us expand our team quickly. This role is focused purely on recruitment and hiring. If you have experience finding and hiring candidates, this is a great opportunity to earn through performance.

You can work in your free time or part-time, as long as you are able to bring in successful hires for the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job groups, and social media
• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews with the company
• Manage and follow up with candidates during the hiring process
• Help the company hire quality team members

Compensation (Important – Please Read):
This is a commission-based role only.

There is no fixed daily, weekly, or monthly salary for this position.

You will be paid per successful hire.

For every candidate successfully hired by you, the company will pay a commission of PKR 4,000 – PKR 8,000 per hire.

There is no limit on how many hires you can make. The more successful hires you complete, the more you earn.

For example:

• 5 successful hires = Commission paid for 5 hires
• 10 successful hires = Higher total commission
• 20 successful hires in a month = Even higher earnings
