Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 12:00 midnight, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Compensation: PKR 20,000–30,000 base (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission

We are a courier company based in Toronto. We serve local and international clients and pride ourselves on professional service, fast response, and reliability. We’re growing fast, and we need someone who is fluent in English, self‑driven, and able to hit the ground running.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via calls and emails, following up consistently, and closing new business. This is a target‑driven role, and you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound phone calls to prospects, introducing our courier services.
• Send professional emails and follow up with leads.
• Identify new client opportunities and qualify them.
• Manage the full sales process: outreach → follow-up → close.
• Maintain client tracking system, keeping accurate records of all communications.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Solve problems, overcome objections, and escalate when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both writing and speaking: you must communicate clearly, correctly, and professionally.
• Able to work on your own, self‑motivated, organized, and efficient.
• Quick learner: able to adapt fast to new systems, scripts, objections, tools, workflows.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, business development, or a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem solving skills: thinking on your feet, handling objections, finding solutions.
• Must have a laptop and a smartphone with reliable internet connection.
• Goal‑oriented: driven to meet targets.
