Remote Project Manager/CSR

Job Title: Remote CSR / Project Manager (Cosmetics Manufacturing)

Location: Remote (Based in Karachi) Supporting operations in San Bernardino

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote CSR / Project Manager to support our cosmetics manufacturing operations in San Bernardino, California. This role will act as the key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and production, ensuring smooth execution of projects from order placement through delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Account Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (email, calls, follow-ups)
• Manage customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Project Management

• Coordinate end-to-end project flow:
• Product development
• Sample approvals
• Production timelines
• Packaging and shipment
• Track project milestones and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate updates between clients, production, QC, and logistics teams

Order & Documentation Management

• Create and manage Sales Orders, POs, and invoices
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with client requirements
• Handle revisions, approvals, and change requests

Operations Coordination

• Work closely with the U.S. production team to monitor:
• Production schedules
• Inventory availability
• Shipment timelines
• Assist in resolving operational issues and delays

Compliance & Quality Coordination

• Ensure all processes follow GMP and FDA cosmetic guidelines
• Coordinate with QC for approvals, testing, and documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3–5 years experience in:
• Customer Service / CSR
• Project Management
• Manufacturing or cosmetics industry (preferred)
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and email communication
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Work Requirements

• Must be available to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones (PST)
• Reliable internet and remote working setup
• Ability to coordinate across international teams
