Remote Receptionist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Receptionist (Patient Experience Coordinator) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of delivering an exceptional patient experience.

This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in shaping their journey with our clinic.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact by answering incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Collect and process patient payments
• Accurately input and maintain patient data in our system
• Provide general information about services while following established protocols
• Ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service and care

What It Takes

• 1–2 years of front desk or customer service experience (healthcare or wellness preferred)
• Experience in hormone & wellness or medical settings is a plus
• Strong computer and phone skills
• Ability to follow structured protocols and workflows
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Location: Remote, with occasional in-office support as needed
• Location Requirement: Must be able to reliably commute to High Point, NC when required

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
