Remote Sales Closer – Education & Training Sales (Call Center Experience Required)

We are hiring experienced Sales Closers with a solid background in call center operations and a proven record of closing education and training programs — including courses, bootcamps, certifications, and B2B learning solutions.

You must be comfortable with high call volumes, international clients, and performance-based targets, consistently delivering results and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle 80+ outbound calls per day to global clients
• Close high-ticket education and training deals (average order value $10k+)
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads effectively
• Optional Trainer Role: train and mentor sales operators with 5+ years of experience
• Focus on both B2C and B2B education sales channels

Requirements:

• 3+ years of call center or inside sales experience
• 5+ years as a Sales Operator Trainer (for trainer role)
• Proven record in high-ticket closing
• Direct experience selling education or training products (required)
• Strong English communication and client-handling skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work in CET hours

Contract & Payment Details:

• Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
• Mode: Remote
• Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
• Compensation: $8/hour (negotiable one-to-one)
• Payment: Biweekly
• Schedule: CET-aligned

Expectations:

• Maintain professionalism and client focus
• Submit daily activity and performance reports
• Work independently while meeting KPIs
