Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: The position requires availability to work a flexible schedule between Monday and Sunday, with a total of 40 hours per week.

Compensation: $5 - $7.50/hour

Job Description:

Are you a results-driven leader who thrives in high-pressure, performance-based environments? This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and manage, we’re looking for someone who leads from the front and delivers measurable results.

We are hiring a Remote Sales Manager who will actively drive sales through outbound calls, lead generation, and conversion, while managing and developing a small team to hit aggressive KPIs. This role requires full ownership of numbers calls made, appointments set, and deals closed.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the numbers: track, manage, and improve performance daily
  • Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead qualification
  • Convert leads into booked appointments and sales opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and hold a small team accountable to performance targets
  • Monitor KPIs such as:
  • Calls per day
  • Appointments set
  • Conversion rates
  • Identify gaps and implement immediate solutions to improve results
  • Assist in developing and refining sales strategies and scripts

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or sales management
  • Strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and closing
  • Experience managing or mentoring a team
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track performance
  • Comfortable working in a high-performance, metrics-driven environment
